NextTrip.com is owned by Extraordinary Vacations USA, Inc., a full service travel company ( Florida Seller of Travel license #ST35757 ). The established terms and conditions of Extraordinary Vacations USA, Inc. apply for all reservations made on or through the NextTrip.com website. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS:
By using this site, you signify your consent to the NextTrip.com terms and conditions. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use this site. Your continued use of the NextTrip.com website following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Privacy Policy because it is binding on you.
PRICING & PAYMENT:
Price and availability of all travel and other services offered on this Site is subject to change without notice. Tax on hotel and car transactions is a recovery of all applicable transaction taxes (e.g. sales and use, occupancy, room tax, excise tax, value added tax, etc) that NextTrip.com pays to suppliers in connection with your travel arrangements. Taxes vary by location and type of service provided. NextTrip.com is not a co-vendor, and is not the entity that collects and remits taxes to the tax authorities.
The information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product/service description, pricing and availability. With respect to prices specifically, despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on the Site may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before confirming your booking or cancel your reservation and notify you of such cancellation. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order).
By purchasing services from this Site, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed by any supplier whose services you have selected. Engaging in certain deceptive practices may result in the cancellation of your ticket, denial of boarding, revocation of frequent flier miles and other benefits, or the incurring of additional charges, as determined by NextTrip.com or its suppliers.All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Single rates apply as stipulated. Rates are subject to change without notice.
RESERVATION CHANGES:
NextTrip.com reserves the right to assess a $50 per person fee for each change to a booking plus any additional fees that may be charged by our travel suppliers. Changes in departure date, itinerary or passenger are considered a cancellation and a new booking, even if the traveler transfers to another departure.
CANCELLATION FEES:
Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly to travel companies. To offset these costs, travel suppliers including hotels, vacation package companies, cruise lines and tour operators typically charge cancellation fees. NextTrip.com adheres to these penalty schedules. It is the responsibility of the traveler to be aware of the cancellation fee schedule imposed by each supplier which are clearly communicated in supplier literature and on their websites. In addition, NextTrip.com charges a standard $50 per person cancellation penalty for any cancellation resulting in a supplier penalty.
Note: Cancellations must be made by 5:00PM Pacific time on the last business day of the applicable time period. Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays are not considered business days. Failure to check in for your flight two hours prior to departure may result in denial of boarding and a refund may not be granted in such an event. There are no refunds for unused/missed days. Travel protection insurance is strongly recommended.
REFUNDS:
NextTrip.com cannot be responsible for delays or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strikes or other factors beyond NextTrip.com's control. Should an additional overnight be required due to any of these causes, the hotel, meals and associated costs will be the passenger's responsibility. Any refund owed to you will be made directly to your credit card account or to NextTrip.com. Refunds are made on the basis of savings recovered from non-use of hotels, etc. No refund will be made for any unused group services. No refund will be granted for missing sightseeing or meals, etc.
TRAVEL AND HEALTH DOCUMENTS:
Passport and visa requirements, as well as vaccination certificates and other health requirements for travel between your home city and your destinations, may change from time to time. It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed, and with medical personnel to determine what health precautions and documents are necessary, and to obtain and have available when necessary the appropriate valid travel and health documents. Compliance with travel documents and customs regulations are the participant's responsibility. For non-U.S. citizens, a multiple entry visa will be required for some itineraries. NextTrip.com accepts no responsibility for failure to notify travel participants of customs and immigration laws or health requirements. Passengers who do not have proper documentation may be prevented from boarding a flight, without refund of the fare, and will be subject to any cancellation fees, fines or other costs, including those incurred by NextTrip.com, that result from the lack of proper documentation. Please consult your physician for pre-departure health advice.
TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS OR DISABILITIES:
Any individual traveler or participant who requires special attention or accommodations due to a physical or mental impairment must notify NextTrip.com at the time of booking. Failure to timely notify NextTrip.com of special needs will result in a person's inability to participate in a particular trip and may also result in the denial of a refund, all in accordance with travel supplier or NextTrip.com's current cancellation/refund policy. Participants and travelers should be aware that carriers, hotels, restaurants and other independent service or public accommodation providers located outside of the United States are not subject to the Americans With Disabilities Act ("ADA"). Moreover, NextTrip.com cannot guarantee that hotels, restaurants and other independent service or public accommodation providers located in the United States with whom NextTrip.com deals will operate in full compliance with the ADA, or are required to do so. NextTrip.com is in no way responsible for the denial of goods and services, in whole or in part, by any such providers and makes no representations regarding the accessibility of any facility utilized on any trip, whether in or outside the United States. Although NextTrip.com will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of participants and travelers who reveal special needs at the time of booking, the ADA does not require NextTrip.com to alter the content of the goods and services it typically provides. NextTrip.com regrets that it cannot provide individual assistance to tour members or travelers for walking, dining or other personal needs. Persons requiring assistance with their personal needs may wish to consider having a companion accompany them. NextTrip.com reserves the right to reject any traveler who poses a direct threat to health or safety or cannot meet eligibility criteria for a trip or any part of a trip. NextTrip.com reserves the right to withdraw from planning any traveler's trip or alter itineraries should it become necessary or desirable, or to cancel any trip prior to departure, all in accordance with NextTrip.com's policies further described below under the heading "Responsibility."
LIMITS ON NEXTTRIP.COM'S RESPONSIBILITY:
NextTrip.com purchases transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers that are not subject to its control. NextTrip.com cannot therefore be liable for death, personal injury or any other loss that may occur (1) due to any act or omission of any such supplier, or (2) by any reason of any other event over which it has no control.
PRIVACY:
If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. When you reserve or purchase travel services through NextTrip.com, we may ask you to provide us with personal information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, credit card information and other personal identifying information. We need this information in order to process your travel arrangements and need to share this personal information with the relevant airline, car rental agency, hotel, cruise line, travel wholesaler and/or other involved third party. NextTrip.com will send you an e-mail message confirming each reservation of your online transaction. Credit card information is not stored on the NextTrip.com website. For further details, please refer to NextTrip.com’s established privacy policy.
CONTESTS AND SWEEPSTAKES:
NextTrip.com may offer contests and sweepstakes in which we request certain personal information. At a minimum, the required information includes name and e-mail address. In some cases, the user must answer mandatory survey questions about a range of other personal data. The information gathered in the entry form is used to verify the entrant's identity and to contact winners and/or prize recipients. Participation in these contests and sweepstakes is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. There are two situations in which NextTrip.com will divulge this information to a third party provided the user gives express consent: (1) a user may expressly choose to receive additional information from the contest sponsor, in which case the user's PII is divulged to the advertiser; and (2) some of the contests may be hosted on the NextTrip.com site but administered by the sponsor; in which case, the user's PII is divulged to the sponsor. Because the rules and terms of each contest and sweepstakes can vary, all information about each contest and sweepstakes is clearly posted during the event. All contests and sweepstakes are conducted in full accordance with United States federal and state laws.
SURVEYS:
Occasionally, NextTrip.com conducts user surveys to better target our content to our audience. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our advertisers and partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.
SECURITY:
NextTrip.com has taken strong measures to protect the security of your personal information and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take strong precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The importance of security for all PII associated with our guests is of utmost concern to us. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your PC to our servers. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, NextTrip.com can not ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. When credit card information is transmitted we use industry standard, SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. Your NextTrip.com account is password protected so that only you can access it and view the member information relevant to the account. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. NextTrip.com will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or email. Ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any account information.
